THE CHURCH Group Worldwide (TCG) is a global multi-site church vision with more than 1,000 planned locations known as Global Simulcast Churches. A Global Simulcast Church combines a high-touch, local church environment with cutting edge, multi-site technology.

In addition, a Global Simulcast Church is place where people of all ages and backgrounds come to know each other as a family. They are blessed with diverse and anointed leadership with a passion to see you reach your fruitful place in God. Our local leaders are dedicated to creating a loving environment for you to discover and fulfill the work that God has called you to do.

The unique aspect of a Global Simulcast Church is in the way the Word of God is ministered to the local congregations. At THE CHURCH Group Worldwide, Pastors Michael and Connie Smith are the principal feeders of the flock (Jeremiah 3:15). They will be ministering “live” each week via simulcast to congregations throughout the North America and the world. Future plans include simulcast services in multiple languages.

Our local leadership teams are comprised of people who have demonstrated a heart of servanthood towards God and fellow believers. They have proven themselves faithful in service, character, and conduct. They are committed to serving and caring for you and your family and they live their lives as "living epistles"; transparent and open.

As such, they serve as extensions of Pastors Michael and Connie Smith. In I Corinthians 4:16-17, the Apostle Paul declares that he has sent Timothy to remind them of his way of life while he cannot be with them in person. Much this same way, your local leadership is provided so that you may benefit from them. As Pastors Michael and Connie are preaching in “every church everywhere”, your church leadership is there to serve you as our Pastors would if they were there.

THE CHURCH Group Worldwide and all of its local churches and leadership are under the guiding oversight of an International Board of Presiding Elders. This Elder team, anchored by Michael and Connie Smith, has over 175 years of combined ministry experience. These Elders provide support and accountability to each of our Community Pastors and the local churches. They are dedicated to the love of God’s people and the advancement and expansion of His Kingdom.
